I checked out your website and it is inspirational. I hope making it has helped you and I hope it will now help other Dads. It is not just in Scotland that Dads get the raw end of the deal, there are plenty of stories here in Australia about Dads not getting to see their kids, and getting accused of terrible things that they didn't do. I hope the next meeting with Candy goes better. She will get to know you and love you as time goes on. My heart just aches for you.

Fathers' Access to Children - Interim Interdicts
I acknowledge receipt of your email of 4 May and am sorry to hear of the difficult situation which you describe.
I have read your correspondence and given the matter considerable thought. I am happy to pursue this on your behalf, and have written to the Justice Minister, Kenny MacAskill MSP, to bring your case to his attention and ask for his comments on your suggestion regarding interim interdicts.

When you have so much love for your kids, i would say yes i would expect a different result, you do things to try change, others in the same position give in, through people like yourself and what you are achieving gives hope, even just to talk with others in same mode lights the spark to give them something to hang on and do something, so what im saying is, sometimes a second chance can hold the true answer and change a situation.
